A New ERA is Unfolding

Babies/Bellies side of my yoga teaching career is ready to be lovingly completed!

Since 2010, I’ve been teaching Babies and Bellies Yoga to bring magic and deeper connection into the lives of moms around HRM. These offerings were created with deep intention and even wider once I become a mother. Babies and Bellies Yoga - like all my offerings- are here to support your journey into feeling whole, bold, embodied, grounded and well.

Over the years, your birth stories, your unfoldment in motherhood, your trust in the space and in me, they’ve meant EVERYTHING to me.

And now, a new ERA is unfolding…….

I’ve been a mother since 2011- this identity has been central in my life and widened even more when my son Tommy, at the age of 2 ½ passed away suddenly. This tragedy woke me up to how I wanted to express motherhood in my life. The death of my son asked me to slow down, tune in and ask myself how I want to serve my community in a way that feels true to me. What kind of space I want to hold for you and myself. I take this service and life purpose very seriously.

What I’ve come to realize is this: the Babies/Bellies side of my yoga teaching career is ready to be lovingly completed!

I will run Babies/Bellies one last time this summer, with one added (last ever!) 8 week Babies session in Fall.

This is a sacred closure - one I’ve made with thoughtful care, clarity, and reverence for my own motherhood journey so far.

This decision is an act of courage and doesn’t come without fear of the unknown!! But with it comes deep devotion to my path as a yoga teacher - to you, my community, to my family, to myself, and to the deeper rhythms and healing cycles I want to live by.

To live a life that looks like me and only me.

But this is not really ADIEU…. It’s a realignment and redirection to my fiery integrity.

It’s a reshaping of how I serve you, dearest sparkly community.

I’m still here, more committed than ever to serve you!!!

I want to continue breathing, moving and creating with you - not just through supportive tools such as planner, oracle deck, soul connections programs, International Retreats but through EMBODIED wisdom, lived experience, and dharma talks that invite you into more power, presence and peace into your life.

To every one of you who has supported Babies and Bellies - thank you!!

Thank you for trusting in my classes, programs, and retreats. Thank you for trusting in me and the atmospheric spaces I create. Your faith and belief in my visions has carried me through many eras!!!!
